Gear Reviews

YES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GEAR

Not my favorite top-end stick, still quite decent

General Feelings?

  • Hollow blade reinforced with ribs is a big factor in puck feel and pop, I describe it as lively and 'hot' with good pop on shots and passes
  • Must take care to cushion hard passes more in reception
  • No enginnered kickpoint means that feel is similar to other traditionally tapered sticks (Synergy, Dolomite etc.)
  • Lightweight and well-balanced, doesn't stand out though
  • Plays slightly stiffer than rated flex

Comfort?

  • Felt that the blaance point was kind of clunky, more weight concentrated around lower hand

Quality?

  • Slightly more paint chipping than most of my other sticks

Overall thoughts?

  • Matches up against any top-end stick; just didn't stand out for me. All personal preference though
